Walmart participates in the USDA’s Online Purchasing Pilot and allows those with EBT to purchase food online in select locations. The only caveat is that Walmart does not currently offer delivery for online grocery purchases. Pay with Cash - Only at Walmart.com Just place your order online, select "Pay with Cash" as your payment option, and pay for your order in a Walmart store using any of the payment methods listed below. Walmart.com states that although it can't accept EBT for online orders, you can select "pay with cash" and use your EBT card in the store when choosing the site-to-store delivery method. Hannaford features an online ordering and curbside pickup service in Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire and New York. EBT customers need to go into the store to complete the transaction. Order and Choose a Pickup Time: Customers visit order groceries online or through the Walmart Grocery mobile app, enter their zip codes to select a local Baton Rouge store and begin creating their shopping lists. During checkout, they select “EBT card” for the payment option and a time to pick up their order. We think this is a service that should be available to everyone. That’s why we’re introducing an option that allows customers using EBT benefits to use Online Grocery Pickup and pay when they pick up their groceries. Right now, we’re offering this expanded way to pay in one store in the Houston area and four more around Boise.
